Governing Law Mallilausekkeet

Governing Law. The Agreement, and Your relationship with performission under the Agreement, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its law provisions. Any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with the Agreement shall be resolved mutually through negotiation to the extent possible. In the event the Parties fail to resolve any dispute arising hereunder through mutual negotiation, each Party shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without reference to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute regarding this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of city court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus). This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.

Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Finland without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Both parties submit to personal jurisdiction in Finland and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in a court in Helsinki, Finland.
