IC significa secretos comerciales y otra información confidencial de cualquiera de las partes, incluidas, entre otras, las especificaciones del producto, documentación, tecnologías, arquitecturas, sistemas, datos, fórmulas, conocimientos técnicos, procesos, diseños, códigos fuente, algoritmos, fotografías, muestras, investigación y desarrollo, listas de precios, información de clientes, estudios ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, propuestas, negociaciones, ventas, cotizaciones, información financiera y otra información que por su naturaleza se considere razonablemente confidencial. Ambas partes utilizarán un cuidado razonable para proteger a IC del uso no autorizado y la divulgación a cualquier otra parte. Cuando las partes intercambien IC, se aplicarán las disposiciones de confidencialidad establecidas en el Acuerdo de Confidencialidad adjunto a estos Términos y Condiciones Generales, ya sea que se divulguen de una Parte a otra bajo una base de Compra, Suscripción o Demostración / Prueba.
