SELECTION PROCESS. Applications that meet the qualification requirement and are within the deadline of the call will be examined by a jury made up of three members (one president and two members). Of the applications received, a curricular evaluation will be carried out where a score will be assigned to the candidates, evaluating the merits they present, according to the requirements requested for the position. Subsequently, candidates may be called for a personal interview. Scale: the evaluation criteria for this offer are those indicated below up to a maximum of 18 points: • Master of Clinical Trial Monitoring (1 point) • Basic life support course. (1 point) • Training in standards of good clinical practice. (2 points) • Management of HCIS electronic medical records. (1 point) • Experience in Phase I units (0.1 point/month - max. 2 point) • Complementary training in clinical research. (1 point/course – max. 3 points) • Linguistic competence in English (B1-1 point, B2 or higher 2 points) • Personal interview (Max 5 points)
