Oferta. 2.1 Las ofertas y cotizaciones no se remunerarán y no crearán ninguna obligación por parte del Mandante. 2.2 En la oferta, el Contratista expondrá explícitamente las posibles discrepancias que existan entre su oferta y la solicitud del Mandante. Si el Contratista tiene una solución alternativa mejor desde el punto de vista tecnológico o económico, presentará también esta oferta al Mandante.
