Common use of FEES Clause in Contracts

FEES. Should either Lessee or Lessor be required to employ legal counsel to enforce the terms, conditions and covenants of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall recover all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred therein. Attorney’s fees and costs may also be charged even if litigation is not initiated if there is a breach of this Agreement, the Rules or the Act.
