Exceptions. The limitations of liability under Clause 11.1 shall not apply to (i) damages caused by fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, (ii) personal injury or death; or (iii) claims and damages covered by Clauses 12 (Confidentiality), 13 (Intellectual Property and Indemnity); and, and 20 (Software License).
