Common use of Collaborating team Clause in Contracts

Collaborating team. The Investigator’s collaborating staff, composed of staff who, together with him/her and under his/her coordination, participate in the Clinical Trial must be approved by the CEIm and authorized to successfully conduct the study planned, in compliance with the requirements of the corresponding qualification certificate in Appendix III. The Principal Investigator is committed to inform the EC and the Site Management of all amendments and updates to the duties carried out by the team involved in the agreement.

Collaborating team.
