BIODIESEL-PALM OME ROTTERDAM-ARGUS BIOFUELS means that the price for a Pricing Date will be that day’s Specified Price per metric ton for Palm Oil Methyl Ester, stated in U.S. Dollars, published under the heading “Spot prices: Biodiesel: Palm OME fob Rotterdam” in the issue of Argus Biofuels that reports prices effective on that Pricing Date.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.
