XETR definition

XETR. (“Xetra”). This shall be achieved by actively using orders with the execution condition top-of-the- book (“TOP-Orders”) while at the same time observing an appropriate ratio of order transactions to executed trades. This agreement regulates the TOP Liquidity Provider’s support on the part of DBAG.

  • CBOT means The Chicago Board of Trade, together with its successors and assigns.

  • Spot Market Energy means energy bought or sold by Market Participants through the PJM Interchange Energy Market at System Energy Prices determined as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

  • NYMEX means the New York Mercantile Exchange.

  • AMEX means the American Stock Exchange.

  • NNM means the Nasdaq National Market.
