WRCOG means Western Riverside Council of Governments, a joint exercise of powers authority organized and existing under the laws of the State, including any entity with which it may be consolidated or which otherwise succeeds to the interests of WRCOG.

  • Developer’s obligation to indemnify shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement, and shall not be restricted to insurance proceeds, if any, received by AGENCY, WRCOG, their elected officials, board members, employees, or agents.

  • Nevertheless, the Parties acknowledge and agree that WRCOG shall not be obligated to contribute TUMF Program Funds in excess of the maximum TUMF share identified in the TUMF Nexus Study (“Maximum TUMF Share”), as may be amended from time to time.
