Working Capital Escrow Fund definition

Working Capital Escrow Fund means the Working Capital Escrow Amount deposited into escrow pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.
Working Capital Escrow Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2(e)(ii)(B).
Working Capital Escrow Fund means the fund established pursuant to Section 1.8(b) and the Escrow Agreement, including the Working Capital Escrow Amount.

  • Upon payment to Buyer from the Working Capital Escrow Fund and, if required, Sellers as provided in the preceding sentences, Member Representative and Seller shall be fully released and discharged of any obligation to Buyer with respect to payment of the Post-Closing Adjustment.

More Definitions of Working Capital Escrow Fund

Working Capital Escrow Fund has the meaning given in Section 3(a).
