Workforce Members definition

Workforce Members means employees, volunteers, trainees and other persons whose conduct, in the performance of work for HIA, is under the direct control of HIA.
Workforce Members means employees, volunteers, trainees, and other persons whose conduct, in the performance of work for Blue Shield is under the direct control of Blue Shield, whether or not they are paid by Blue Shield.
Workforce Members means Employees, volunteers, trainees and other persons whose conduct, in the performance of work for Employer, is under the direct control of Employer, whether or not they are paid by Employer.

  • A CI Recipient may disclose the Confidential Information it receives only to its Workforce Members who require such knowledge and use in the ordinary course and scope of their employment or retention and are obligated to protect the confidentiality of the CI Discloser’s Confidential Information in a manner substantially equivalent to the terms required herein for the treatment of Confidential Information.

  • For example, You are permitted to disclose Directory Entry information to Your Workforce Members, Your Subparticipant’s Workforce Members, and/or to the Workforce Members of health information technology vendors who are engaged in assisting You or Your Subparticipant with establishing and maintaining connectivity via the Framework Agreements.

  • Workforce Members should have no expectation of privacy when using First Marblehead information systems.

Workforce Members means and include the following:
Workforce Members means employees, volunteers, trainees, temporary staff and other persons, including independent contractors, whose conduct, in the performance of work for Plan Sponsor, is under the direct control of Plan Sponsor, whether or not they are paid by Plan Sponsor.
