Worker data means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a covered worker, regardless of how the information is collected, inferred, or obtained.

Worker data refers to all information pertaining to a Worker uploaded or submitted to Avetta. Worker Data forms part of the Supplier Content of the Supplier(s) employing the Worker.
