If the Owner desires to propose any revisions to the City-approved Work Write-up, it shall submit such proposed changes to the City and the City shall review the proposed change and notify the Owner in writing within thirty (30) days after submission to the City as to whether the proposed change is approved or disapproved.
Owner shall permit the City, through its officers, agents or employees, at all reasonable times to enter onto the Property and inspect the work of Rehabilitation to determine that the same is in conformity with the Work Write-up and all the requirements hereof.
Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Owner shall submit to the City detailed plans, materials and drawings describing the Rehabilitation of the Property (collectively, the “Work Write-up”), and the City shall have the right to review and approve or disapprove, in its reasonable discretion, the Work Write-up.
The Owner further covenants and agrees to diligently prosecute to completion the Rehabilitation of the Property in accordance with the approved Work Write-up and to file a Notice of Completion pursuant to California Civil Code Section 3093 within the time set forth in the Schedule of Performance.
THAT the contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services required to perform all the work described in the Work Write-up dated _____________ _______, 20___, and consisting of ______ pages.
The Contractor shall not enter into any side agreements for Work for a Property that is not specified in the Work Write-up or Plans and Specifications attached to the Tri-Party Agreement.
In case any difference of opinion should arise between the Contractor and The NCRPC in relation to this Contract, the work to be performed under it, or in relation to the interpretation of the Work Write-up and Specifications, the decision of the NCRPC will be final and conclusive on all parties hereunder.

No work will be provided beyond that which is included in the Work Write-up and Bid Proposal and in the Standard Rehabilitation Specifications, unless a Change Order is approved by the Owner, Contractor, and Agency.
During the preparation of the Work Write-up, staff of the City and the Owner shall communicate and consult informally as frequently as necessary to coordinate the preparation and review of the Work Write-up.
