Work Write-up means a description of the modifications, and other work items needed for the modification of an eligible building.

Work Write-up means any specifications, plans and drawings required by the Director and the itemized list of all Work approved by the Director, together with any change orders approved by the Contractor, the Homeowner and the Director.

• If the Owner desires to propose any revisions to the City-approved Work Write-up, it shall submit such proposed changes to the City and the City shall review the proposed change and notify the Owner in writing within thirty (30) days after submission to the City as to whether the proposed change is approved or disapproved.

• The Contractor shall not enter into any side agreements for Work for a Property that is not specified in the Work Write-up or Plans and Specifications attached to the Tri-Party Agreement.

• In case any difference of opinion should arise between the Contractor and The NCRPC in relation to this Contract, the work to be performed under it, or in relation to the interpretation of the Work Write-up and Specifications, the decision of the NCRPC will be final and conclusive on all parties hereunder.

• The following are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof: The Work Write-up The following documents shall become a part of this Agreement upon approval of the Director.

• No work will be provided beyond that which is included in the Work Write-up and Bid Proposal and in the Standard Rehabilitation Specifications, unless a Change Order is approved by the Owner, Contractor, and Agency.

• During the preparation of the Work Write-up, staff of the City and the Owner shall communicate and consult informally as frequently as necessary to coordinate the preparation and review of the Work Write-up.

Work Write-up means all final drawings, plans and specifications prepared by the Contractor and approved by the State and the Construction Consultant, which describe and show the labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and furnishings necessary for the completion of the Project, including methods of application and standards for materials, the Construction Budget and the Construction Schedule. Once approved by the State and the Construction Consultant, the Work Write-Up shall not be modified without the consent of the State and the Construction Consultant.
