Recommend Change Orders and Work Change Directives to Owner, as appropriate, and prepare Change Orders and Work Change Directives as required.
Owner may, at any time and from time to time, order additions, deletions or other modifications to the Work (a "Work Change") by submitting a written change order request to Contractor ("Change Order Request").
Contractor shall not be compensated for any Work Change performed by Contractor at the request of anyone other than Owner's Designated Representative pursuant to a written Change Order Request.

Contractor shall maintain in a safe place at the Site one record copy in hard form or electronically, as preferred by the Owner, of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Written Amendments, Change Orders, Work Change Directives; Field Orders, and written interpretations and clarifications in good order and annotated to show changes made during construction.
