Wire transfer system means a sys- tem through which an unconditional order to a bank to pay a fixed or deter- minable amount of money to a bene- ficiary upon receipt, or on a day stated in the order, is transmitted by elec- tronic or other means through the net- work, between banks, or on the books of a bank.
