Winshare definition

Winshare bonus program for calendar year 2001, and in any other bonus program developed for Employer's senior executive employees. In the event that the Bank implements stock incentive plans, including, but not limited to, a stock option plan and/or restricted stock award plan, the Employee will receive awards comparable to awards given executives of similar experience at similarly sized institutions.

  • Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.
