Wind River definition

Wind River shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.9(b)(i).
Wind River will have the meaning set forth in Section 19.9.2(i).
Wind River means Wind River Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Alameda, California, its parents, successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries (including Integrated Systems, Inc.
