If you do not have the prerequi- site authority, you may not accept this Terms of Service or use the Wikitude SDK on behalf of your employer or other entity.
When using the free trial version of Wikitude SDK, a watermark of Wikitude will be shown in the cam view of your application, as well as a logo from Wikitude; also a start animation will be launched every time the application where the Wikitude SDK is integrated is started.
You agree that once you have activated the “Location Sharing” (subject to availability) function of the Product Wikitude has the right to collect, use, process, transmit and/or disclose your location data or the GPS-location which has been provided by you or which Wikitude receives from GPS location service providers (“End User Data”), all in accordance with Wikitude's Privacy Policy.
LICENSEE agrees to grant, and hereby grants to QTIL and its Affiliates, a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to make, use, sell, reproduce, modify, and distribute products and services incorporating all or any portion of the LICENSEE Modifications and LICENSEE Documentation made subject to Section 2.3 (Wikitude SDK License) or Section 3.1 (License Grant) of this Agreement for any purpose.
These Terms and Conditions terminate automatically at any time by deleting or closing your User Account, notifying Wikitude or discontinuing the use of the Product.
You acknowledge and hereby agree that Wikitude has the right to anonymously track and report the distribution of your app by counting Unique Installs in aggregated form.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Wikitude has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Wikitude has the right to suspend or terminate your User Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Product (or any portion thereof).
As a condition of your use of the Product you agree not to use the Product or any other services or products made available by Wikitude for any purposes other than set forth in this Agreement.
If there is any conflict between this Section 2 and remainder of the Agreement, this Section 2 will govern as solely to the Wikitude SDK (as defined below).
Without prejudice to any other rights, Wikitude may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply wikitudeith the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
