Whitehall Interest definition

Whitehall Interest means collectively, the Whitehall Class A Interest and the Whitehall Class B Interest.
Whitehall Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(A).

  • Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance.
