All Financial Instruments we hold in Custody for Our Clients are held in accordance with the provisions of the Dutch Securities Giro Act (Wet giraal effectenverkeer, Wge).
The creation of the right of pledge on the Securities shall be effected by means of an entry of such right of pledge in favour of the Security Trustee in the register of the Custodian or the relevant intermediary, as applicable, in accordance with Article 20 of the Wge.

For Notes held by Euroclear Netherlands or otherwise in the settlement system under the Wge deliveries will be made in accordance with the Wge and the regulations of Euroclear Netherlands.
For Covered Bonds held by Euroclear Netherlands deliveries will be made in accordance with the Wge.
In case of Notes represented by a permanent Global Note deposited with Euroclear Netherlands, a Noteholder shall have no right to request delivery (uitlevering) thereof under the Wge other than as set out in the Global Note.
