Well Information is defined in Section 9.1.
Well Information has the meaning give to it in Section 2.2
Well Information means detailed and correct drilling and production records maintained by the lessee or operator of a well, including, but not limited to, (1) authorizations for expenditure (AFEs); (2) daily drilling reports transmitted by email; (3) cumulative hard copies of daily drilling and completion reports for each well drilled within ten days of the final report or at any time upon the Land Office's request; (4) all logging surveys, wireline tests, drillstem test charts, core analysis, title opinions, or other third party information that may be run or prepared; (5) potential test or completion reports filed with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission; (6) plugging records, if completed as a dry hole or if subsequently abandoned;

  • Escrow Compan▇ ▇▇ hereby instructed to send to the ADWR a "Change of Well Information." (ARS 45-593).

Escrow Company is hereby instructed to send to the ADWR a "Change of Well Information." Seller does not warrant the gallons per minute as reflected on the ADWR certification of registration.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Material Information means any information (Material Fact or Material Change) relating to the business and affairs of the Company that results in or would reasonably be expected to result in a significant change in the market price or value of any of the Company’s securities;

  • Pool Information means the mortgage pool information reflected in the Master Tapes and the Prospectus Supplement. “Master Tapes” shall mean the respective compilations of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Independent Accountants’ Reports on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures dated the date of the Preliminary FWP and the date hereof, respectively, rendered by a third party accounting firm described in Section 6(h)(ii) of this Agreement.
