Website Development. Defined as the cost associated with creating web enabled applications such as mobile applications, database back ends, etc., that are not specifically mentioned herein fall outside the scope of this agreement. This also includes any website update requests that are not deemed to be part of SEO optimization. Out of scope work will be quoted and invoiced separately at an hourly rate of $95 per hour (billed at 0.25 increments).
