Webcraft definition

Webcraft shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Webcraft means Webcraft Inc., a Delaware corporation, formerly known as Webcraft Technologies, Inc.
Webcraft means Webcraft, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of BFPH. "Wholly-Owned Domestic Subsidiary" shall mean any Wholly-Owned Subsidiary which is not a Foreign Subsidiary.
