  • Valent shall deliver certificates of insurance for such policies to WCIC on the date of execution of this Sublease and not less than 30 days before the expiration date of each insurance policy.

  • The City agrees to lease the Project Site to WCIC and sell the Project Site to WCIC if WCIC exercises its option to purchase the Project Site or upon termination of this Lease (as such option right has been assigned to Valent pursuant to the terms of this Sublease), all for the purpose of furthering the public purposes of the Act.
