WBSCM definition

WBSCM means USDA’s Web Based Supply Chain Management System which shall be used by the contractor and the Government for applicable contract transactions, as determined by the Government. USDA will provide the system at no charge for appropriate use by the contractor. WBSCM terminology, requirements, and processes shall automatically apply to the contract, as applicable. In the event of a conflict between WBSCM and FAR/AGAR terminology, FAR/AGAR terminology shall take precedence.

  • Processor must register on the USDA’s Web Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) or other applicable USDA system(s).

  • Processor is required to enter all shipment receipts within two calendar days of delivery, using the Web Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) Shipment Receipt Function.

Related to WBSCM

  • Trunk-Side means the Central Office Switch connection that is capable of, and has been programmed to treat the circuit as connecting to another switching entity (for example another Central Office Switch). Trunk-Side connections offer those transmission and signaling features appropriate for the connection of switching entities and cannot be used for the direct connection of ordinary telephone station sets.
