Logistics means the process of lifting coal from mines, bulk transportation and shall include loading and unloading at various points as may be necessary to effect the transportation as defined in Clause 2.0 Vol.-III, Scope of Work. It shall also imply necessary arrangements with transporters including railways, knowhow about processes, co-ordinating with various interfaces involved, minimizing losses, demurrages and including related documentation and arranging access to Railway siding etc.
Downstream means carrying a transmission from the Headend to remote points on the Cable System or to Interconnection points on the Cable System.
Alcoholic beverage means a beverage that:
Terminals means, collectively (a) the Initial Terminals; and (b) any other terminals, storage facilities, wharfage, tankage and loading racks owned or leased by any Loan Party that are used in the Business.

IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.
Bingo means a specific game of chance played with (i) individual cards having randomly numbered
NGL means natural gas liquids.

SERC means SERC Reliability Corporation or its successor organization.

connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a “communication pipe” referred to in SANS 0252 Part I;

SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair.
