Waste Facilities definition

Waste Facilities means the Facility and all Transfer Stations and any additional municipal solid waste facility (ies) deemed to be economically or operationally necessary by MIRA to fulfill its mission under the Connecticut General Statutes..
Waste Facilities means that landfill, equipment, machinery and all ancillary items used in the provision of Waste Services; and
Waste Facilities means the Facility and all Transfer Stations and Landfills of the Project.

More Definitions of Waste Facilities

Waste Facilities means the existing household waste and recycling centres at Foxhall Road and Portman's Walk;
Waste Facilities means the landfill owned and operated by the Vendor, together with all related facilities, equipment, machinery and appurtenances, including but not restricted to those items more particularly described in Schedule “F” attached to this Agreement. 1.2 Preamble and Schedules Incorporation The Parties hereby confirm and ratify the matters contained and referred to in the preamble and in the various schedules to this Agreement and agree that the same are expressly incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Solid waste facility means a site, location, tract of land, installation, or building used for incineration, composting, sanitary landfilling, or other methods of disposal of solid wastes or, if the solid wastes consist of scrap tires, for collection, storage, or processing of the solid wastes; or for the transfer of solid wastes.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Waste pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, non-flowing waste that is used for treatment or storage.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Hazardous Waste Management Facility means, as defined in NCGS 130A, Article 9, a facility for the collection, storage, processing, treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of hazardous waste.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Project Facilities means the facilities, equipment and vehicles provided under the Project;

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;
