Waived Option definition

Waived Option means that certain Out-of-the Money Option issued to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, dated March 1, 1999.

Examples of Waived Option in a sentence

  • Each Company Option that is unexpired, unexercised and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and is neither a Cashed-Out Option nor a Waived Option shall be an “Assumed Option.” Rights outstanding under the ESPP and any other employee stock purchase plan of the Company shall be treated as set forth in Section 5.9(c).

  • At the Effective Time, each Out-of-the-Money Option, each Waived Option and each Waived RSU shall be cancelled without consideration and shall be of no further force and effect.

Related to Waived Option

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to Exercise the Option.

  • Related Option means an Option with respect to which a Stock Appreciation Right has been granted.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
