W-8 Form means Forms W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, W-8ECI, W-8EXP or W-8IMY and such other forms as prescribed by the U.S. Inland Revenue Service, as applicable to the Customer.

  • If the Owner Trustee determines that a withholding tax is payable with respect to a distribution (such as a distribution to an Owner (or any other beneficial owner of the Owner Trust) that is not a U.S. Person and that has not established an applicable exemption from withholding (such as an effective Form W-8, Form 1001 or Form 4224), the Owner Trustee shall in its sole discretion withhold such amounts as it determines are required to be withheld in accordance with this paragraph (c).

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.
