VM Officer definition

VM Officer or “Committee” means an officer or Committee of persons who is nominated/ appointed to conduct detailed investigation of any protected disclosure made under this policy.

Related to VM Officer

  • BD Officer means each officer or employee of BD designated as a "BD Officer" for purposes of this Agreement in a communication to the Auction Agent.
