Licensee may, without limitation, produce Visual Output, Map-Centric Output, or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Output from the Licensed Products and/or from Derivative Products for the Intended Use.
Charcoal lighter material means any combustible material designed to be applied on, incorporated in, added to, or used with charcoal to enhance ignition. “Charcoal Lighter Material” does not include any of the following: (A) electrical starters and probes, (B) metallic cylinders using paper tinder, (C) natural gas, (D) propane, and (E) fat wood.
Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
