Visual barrier definition
Visual barrier. – shall mean a continuous, uninterrupted structure and/or fence which completely blocks lines of sight when viewed perpendicularly from either of its sides and shall consist of one or more of the following materials: wood, stone, bricks, mortar, fabricated metal or other similarly solid material approved by the Chief Property Standards Officer or Chief Building Official.
