Visa Affiliate definition

Visa Affiliate means any Visa subsidiary or affiliate, including without limitation, Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa Canada Association, Visa Europe Ltd., Visa Europe Services, Inc., Visa International Service Association, Inovant LLC or a respective subsidiary or affiliate of any of the foregoing and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates.
