VGN’s Countries means any country outside the Territory where VGN or its Affiliates or their representatives is the holder of the Marketing Authorisation for the Product;

Related to VGN’s Countries
Major Countries means Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.
third countries means any other country besides the member states.
Major European Countries means France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
Regulatory Bodies means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in the Contract or any other affairs of the Client and “Regulatory Body” shall be construed accordingly.
Territories means territories, including territorial waters;
