Verification call definition

Verification call means contacting the affected premises or party prior to alarm dispatch using call verification methods as defined in American National Standards Institute/Central Station Alarm Association CS-V current edition.
Verification call means a call made to an end-user by a communications provider during the Transfer Period that is made solely for the purpose of (a) verifying or confirming that the end-user has consented to a transfer of their line to another communications provider; and (b) relaying the same information, in the same manner, as that which is contained in either the CPS or WLR Notification of Transfer letter as relevant;
