The Seller undertakes that the bank account specified by it for payment of any obligation of the Buyer based on this Contract will be posted from the date of this Contract signing to termination of its term in the way enabling remote access in the meaning of Section 98 VATA, otherwise the Seller is obligated to notify another bank account to the Buyer, made duly public in the meaning of Section 98.
