VANAC definition

VANAC has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(d).

  • As soon as reasonably practical after the Closing Date, the Parties will notify all relevant third parties, including the U.S. Veterans Administration National Acquisition Center (VANAC), that the Products, except for Argatroban, should be added to Buyer’s Federal Supply Schedule (“FSS”) and that Buyer will assume responsibility for all reporting and other obligations relating to FSS submissions and chargeback processing.
