Valuation Order definition

Valuation Order means that certain order entered in the Chapter 11 Case on December 4, 2020 [ECF Dkt. 454] pursuant to which the Bankruptcy Court valued the Real Property, for purposes of the Debtor’s previously proposed cramdown plan.
