Utility Zone definition
Utility Zone means Erf Number 41477, indicated as such on the General Plans, to be used as a Utility Zone at the main entrance gate to the Estate;
Utility Zone means the area under, over, and/or adjacent to owned utilities including but not limited to, utility poles, manhole covers, lighting fixtures, transformers, and switch enclosures.
Utility Zone means Portions 429 – 430, indicated as such on the MSDP, to be used as Utility Zones;
