Utility Motion definition
Utility Motion means that certain [Motion of Debtors for Entry of Interim and Final Orders (I) Prohibiting Utility Companies from Altering or Discontinuing Service on Account of Prepetition Invoices, (II) Deeming Utility Companies Adequately Assured of Future Performance and (III) Establishing Procedures for Resolving Requests for Additional Adequate Assurance, as filed by the Sellers with the Bankruptcy Court on or about the Petition Date].
Utility Motion means the Debtors’ Motion for Entry of Interim and Final Orders (I) Approving the Debtors’ Proposed Adequate Assurance of Payment for Future Utility Services, (II) Prohibiting Utility Companies from Altering, Refusing, or Discontinuing Services, (III) Approving the Debtors’ Proposed Procedures for Resolving Additional Adequate Assurance Requests, and (IV) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 11].
Utility Motion means the Motion of Debtors Requesting Entry of an Order (i) Approving Debtors’ Proposed Form of Adequate Assurance of Payment to Utility Providers, (ii) Establishing Procedures for Determining Adequate Assurance of Payment for Future Utility Services, and (iii) Prohibiting Utility Providers From Altering, Refusing, or Discontinuing Utility Service, filed contemporaneously herewith.
