Utilisation Instruction definition

Utilisation Instruction means an instruction to deliver Flexibility Services in accordance with Clause 9;
Utilisation Instruction means a scheduled instruction to deliver Flexibility Services in accordance with Clause 9; "VAT" means Value Added Tax as provided for in the Value Added Tax Xxx 0000 and Legislation (whether delegated or otherwise) supplemental thereto or in any primary or secondary Legislation;

  • DSO Re-Bound Effect A load reduction (or increase) triggered by a demand response event, that is compensated partly or fully outside the period between the Requested Start Time and Requested End Time of a Utilisation Instruction or by other resources within the Zone.

  • DSO Re-dispatch The mechanism used to neutralise the impact on the overall system balance which may occur when the Company issues a Utilisation Instruction and can occur outside the Zone.

  • Applicable to generation or storage sites, defined as the average export of the site in the half hour preceding a Utilisation Instruction.

  • The Company may: withdraw any Utilisation Instruction by providing notice to the Provider at any time before the Provider has provided a response under and in accordance with Clause 3.7; and/or issue a Stop Instruction to the Provider in accordance with Schedule 4.

  • The Provider must acknowledge receipt of all Utilisation Instructions (by any method as approved by the Company) within fifteen (15) minutes from the time the Utilisation Instruction was issued.

  • Last Observation (WD) The average output of the Flexible Unit in the full half hour preceding a Utilisation Instruction (applicable for within-day utilisation instructions only).

  • Transfer Instruction is a specific information provided for a transfer to be made that you provide to the Account to Account Transfer Service for a transfer of funds.
