Utilisation Certificate definition

Utilisation Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 (Form of Utilisation Certificate).
Utilisation Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 (Form of Utilisation Certificate). “Utilisation Date” means the Scheduled Utilisation Date or, in the case of deferment, the Deferred Utilisation Date. “Utilisation Offer” means a letter substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Utilisation Offer and Acceptance).
Utilisation Certificate means the official document issued by the responsible authority upon the approval of the application, which certifies that constructions comply with the conditions of the construction permits and that, works and constructions are suitable for use.

Utilisation Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 9 (Form of Utilisation Certificate). "Utilisation Date" means the Scheduled Utilisation Date. "Utilisation Request" means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Form of Utilisation Request).
