UTDM definition

UTDM means QUALCOMM's proprietary software-based diagnostic tool that may be available for license to Buyer hereunder that operates on a Buyer-supplied, QUALCOMM-specified computer attached by data cable and dongle to a Phone. The Diagnostic Monitor is used as a diagnostic tool for the sole purpose of evaluating the functionality of the Phone in the Globalstar network.
