USDCNH definition

USDCNH means, in relation to any relevant date, the rate of exchange of CNH for USD (expressed as the amount of CNH per one USD), as published on Bloomberg page “USDCNH T160 Curncy” at Hong Kong time 3:00pm on such date or as determined by the Determination Agent in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.
