Any notice or communication required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered (i) personally, (ii) by a reputable overnight courier, (iii) by certified mail, return receipt requested, and deposited in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid, (iv) by facsimile, or (v) by electronic internet mail (“e-mail”).
Any written notice the Credit Union gives to you is effective when it is deposited in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid and addressed to you at your statement mailing address.

All notices or demands to be given under this Agreement by either party to the other shall be in writing and given either by: (a) personal service, (b) by U.S. Mail, mailed either by certified mail, return receipt requested, with postage prepaid and addressed to the party to whom the notice is directed, or (c) via facsimile transmission (with proof of confirmation by sender).
All notices of suspension given under this Agreement by the SWCCD will be in writing and sent electronically or by U.S. Mail.
