Upsize Notice definition
Upsize Notice shall have the meaning set out in Section 3.4(b);
Upsize Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Schedule 7.

Examples of Upsize Notice in a sentence
If no new Exercise Notice is delivered by the Investor to the Company within one Business Day of receipt by the Investor of the Upsize Notice, the Exercise Notice of the Investor delivered in respect of the original Offering Notice shall continue in full force and effect.
