Unlicensed facility definition
Unlicensed facility means a structure, road, or property:
Unlicensed facility means a facility that has been found to be in violation of § 68-11-213 or § 33-2-405 for failure to be licensed by a state agency; and
Unlicensed facility means a structure, road, or property adjacent to, but outside of, a licensed or permitted area and that is not used for waste disposal or management.
