Unit Call definition

Unit Call means a notice to a Preference Unit Holder from the Trustee specifying that the Preference Unit Holder must pay a Unit Call Amount.

Examples of Unit Call in a sentence

  • Start times will be the times at which each crew member starts work, which will not necessarily be the same as Unit Call times for the Post Production Department.

  • During Non-Summer Months, PECO shall pay to Tenaska a standby charge of $10 for each hour or part thereof with respect to each Generating Unit designated by PECO to be in Standby Mode for the period from 00:01 hours of the Day for which the Unit Call Schedule is submitted until the earlier of (i) 00:00 hours of such Day or (ii) submittal of an Energy Request requiring output from Generating Unit(s) in Standby Mode, ("Standby Mode Charge").

Related to Unit Call

  • Unit Capital means the aggregate of the face value of units issued under the scheme and outstanding for the time being.

  • Unit Certificate means a certificate evidencing the rights and obligations of the Corporation and a Holder with respect to the number of Units specified on such certificate.
