Unit B. All full−time and regular part−time Employees set forth in the certification MCR−4349, but excluding all other Employees of the Town and County.

Unit B means the middle Lot which is designated as such on the Plat (which shall be a separate fee simple estate), together with all rights, appurtenances and privileges now or hereafter belonging or in any way pertaining to such parcel, and also together with all Improvements now or hereafter located thereon, unless the context requires otherwise.

Unit B. The standard workweek for employees in Unit B shall be as many hours and days as may be assigned by the Employer, but not more than eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week. Employees working an average of thirty two and one-half (32.5) hours in a week will be considered full time.

Unit B. This is a 193 bed unit incorporating long stay (162) and young disabled adults (31). The unit is located in a large urban area on a complex site across a number of units and with health services being provided in adjacent buildings. It is adjacent to a number of large Level 4 hospitals. There is a significant undersupply of long-term beds, both public and private, in the area. The unit has a long tradition of being a significant service provider in the area and is supported by Consultant Geriatricians and NCHDs who provide the Medical Officer cover to the long stay older person’s services.
